Site Supervisor
Design & Build Recruitment is working with a builder developer on the Gold Coast, working on an exciting, landmark residential development. I am searching for an experienced Site Supervisor with previous experience working on high rise residential projects valued over $50M. This is a long term, permanent position, with work guaranteed for the next few years and future projects in the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site construction subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project resources including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Work within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth project progression and timely resolution of any issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work meets the project specifications and design requirements.
Requirements:
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor running projects $50M+
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Sound understanding of health and safety procedures and a commitment to ensuring compliance on-site.
- First aid
- QBCC is an advantage
- Computer literate
