We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor
to lead the delivery of a retail fit-out in Canberra. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a live environment and can keep tight programmes on track.
Your Role:
- Run the site from start to finish – trades, safety, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate subcontractors and keep works on programme
- Ensure premium finishes and attention to detail every step of the way
- Work closely with the PM & client to deliver a flawless handover
- Proven experience supervising fit-out or refurbishment projects (retail preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to drive timelines
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Carpentry background
- White card and relevant tickets required
