Site Supervisor

The Role as a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing up to 15 investment builds at various stages of construction. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills.

You’ll work closely with trades, suppliers, and head office to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple residential investment builds (no owner-occupied homes).
• Manage site safety, scheduling, quality control, and contractor performance.
• Ensure builds are completed in line with company timelines and QBCC regulations.
• Use On-site Companion software to manage daily reporting and progress tracking.
• Liaise with construction managers, suppliers, and trades to maintain efficient workflow.

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
• Ability to manage up to 15 builds concurrently
• Proficiency with On-site Companion software
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Current driver’s licence
