Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join their Victorian team.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to a high standard, working closely with an experienced Project Manager and site team.
Projects typically include:
- Education & institutional builds
- Healthcare & community facilities
- Government and civic projects
- Heritage upgrades & refurbishments
- New build commercial developments
- Day-to-day site coordination and supervision
- Managing trades, subcontractors and site logistics
- Driving programme and sequencing of works
- Ensuring OH&S compliance and site safety standards
- Quality assurance and defect management
- Working within live environments with minimal disruption
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects
- Fit out experience preferred
- Experience working on complex or live environment projects highly regarded
- Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ideally based in Melbourne’s south-east suburbs
