Contract Position | Immediate Start | Until End of 2026
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a Tier One contractor on a major hospital project in Geelong.
This is an immediate-start contract position running through to the end of 2026, with the opportunity to work on a high-profile healthcare project within a strong project team.
About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard and in accordance with programme requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising subcontractors and site-based trades
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities and sequencing
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirements
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors
- Assisting with site documentation, inspections and reporting
- Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise
- Maintaining strong communication across the project team
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Proven Site Supervisor experience within a Tier One contractor
- Previous experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
- Healthcare / hospital project experience is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, site coordination and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
- Ability to work effectively within a large project team
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
