Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they've created a new role in the business where by you will be working as a Maintenance Supervisor and also providing relief support to the Supervisory team to cover annual and sick leave.
Who would this role suit?
Likely someone who has a wealth of residential supervisory knowledge and is looking to maybe take a step back in their career, but still keep an eye in from time to time by covering annual leave. This role wouldn't suit someone wanting to focus solely on new builds full time.
This role covers the whole metro area, so being willing to travel to sites from Yanchep to Mandurah is a must.
The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility to:
- Attend site to review 6 month maintenance request
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes (when needed)
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Maintain and updating company systems
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems where you can at the 6 month inspection period.
A salary ranging up to $130k + Super + Package (depending on your experience)
