About the Role
With a long-established construction team, the business is committed to developing its people and supporting long-term career progression, with carefully managed workloads to ensure the team is supported and never overloaded.
- Coordinate trades, materials and subcontractors
- Manage multiple sites and construction schedules
- Ensure quality, safety and timely project delivery
- Liaise with clients, trades and internal teams
- Maintain accurate site documentation and systems
- Resolve on-site issues and keep projects on track
- 2x positions - South of the River
- 2x positions - North of the River
- 1x North – Site start up
- 12+ months experience as a Site Supervisor with a residential home builder in WA, or ready to take the next step into your first Site Supervisor role.
- A strong trade background will be highly regarded
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
