With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional client service, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark $8 million custom home in the Sutherland Shire.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile luxury build and work alongside leading architects, designers, consultants, and skilled trades.
The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a prestigious new-build residence from commencement through to handover.
You will play a critical role in maintaining programme, quality, safety, and client expectations while coordinating multiple trades and suppliers on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
- Maintain project programme and ensure milestones are achieved
- Deliver exceptional quality control throughout all stages of construction
- Conduct site inspections and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company standards
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage site documentation, reporting, and scheduling
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional site environment
- Drive a positive site culture focused on quality, accountability, and teamwork
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within custom residential construction
- Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects valued $3M+
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Excellent trade management and subcontractor coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Current White Card and relevant construction qualifications
- Valid driver's licence
