We’re looking for experienced Site Supervisors
to manage builds across the South-Central region, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
This builder has a long-standing WA reputation and is known for strong systems, clear communication, and a culture that recognises hard work and celebrates success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing approximately 25 residential builds from slab to handover.
- Liaising with trades, office staff, and clients, including on-site client meetings.
- Managing time and priorities efficiently to keep projects on track.
- Reviewing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and work procedures, making recommendations for improvements.
- Supervising subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards, schedules, costs, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience delivering high quality residential homes.
- Hands-on site supervision and team management experience.
- Strong commitment to OH&S and compliance on site.
- Ability to complete projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- Salary up to $120,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
