Role Overview
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations across SOR builds
- Coordinate trades, materials, and scheduling to keep jobs moving
- Maintain quality, safety, and timelines across multiple sites
- Conduct site inspections, variations, and handovers
- Build strong client relationships throughout the build process
- Experience in residential construction — early‑career supervisors with WA experience encouraged
- Strong organisation and a proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple sites while maintaining quality
- Solid understanding of WA building codes and construction processes
- Up to $120k + super, dependent on experience
- Company vehicle + fuel card
- Supportive construction leadership and streamlined systems
- Stable pipeline of SOR work
