They are looking for a Site Supervisor to join their team for the South West Sydney area.
About the role
- Supervise anywhere between 15-20 builds at one time
- Coordinate trades, schedules and daily workloads
- Keep regular, weekly contact with the client
- Keep the company up to date on progress and performance
- Be a key problem solver
- Trade qualified & Cert IV in Building & Construction – essential
- Relevant work experience with longevity in each role. This is very important!
- A good attitude and willingness to progress within the industry – they are big on ongoing training and development! There is plenty of opportunity to grow within this business
- A minimum of 2+ years' supervising within the volume home space
- Well organised and professional in presentation – this is a client facing role, so a high standard of personal presentation is essential
- You are motivated to build a career in the industry. Lots of training provided for the right candidate.
