Key responsibilities
- Supervise the build of 5-6 new homes in the Sutherland Shire and surrounding area
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads
- Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
- Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
- Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
- Resolve any problems
- At least 4 years' experience in a foreman/supervisor/site manager role
- A solid background within residential construction
- Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
- Previous experience working for a project home builder is advantageous
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A Builders/Supervisors license would be an advantage
- Must have a valid driver's license
