We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale residential construction projects on the Gold Coast, including towers up to 18 storeys. You will take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing all phases of project delivery (pre-construction, construction, handover) for high-rise residential developments.
- Leading project teams
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, cash flow, and cost reports; driving financial performance.
- Planning, scheduling, and risk management; ensuring proactive mitigation of issues.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Contract management: procurement, subcontractor engagement, and negotiation.
- Reporting to senior leadership and providing project status, forecasts, and key metrics.
- Mentoring and developing more junior members of the project team.
- An established, reputable construction company with a strong track record in large-scale residential developments.

- Committed to delivering quality residential projects that meet client and community expectations.
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in construction project management, including experience on multi-storey residential buildings (ideally up to or over 15 storeys).
- Proven track record delivering high-rise residential or mixed-use projects in Queensland, preferably on the Gold Coast.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets, cashflows, and cost forecasting.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with experience leading large teams.
- Exceptional planning, organisation, and risk management skills.
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying) and construction-industry certification.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Lead milestone-defining residential projects in a booming Gold Coast market.
