As a key member of the Social Brand & Content team, you'll be instrumental in shaping our digital presence. You'll own the strategy and execution of data-driven social media campaigns, directly impacting our brand awareness and fostering strong customer connections. From leveraging insights to crafting compelling content and managing paid distribution across all platforms, you'll be at the forefront of driving top-of-funnel success, working collaboratively with our content, partnerships, brand, and production experts.
Responsibilities Include:
- You'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing social media strategies that directly contribute to our acquisition goals and customer lifecycle engagement.
- You will proactively identify and champion opportunities to connect with our existing customer base across key social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter), driving engagement and loyalty.
- You'll collaborate closely with our content creators, ensuring you have the compelling assets needed to achieve and exceed your targets.
- Expertise in building, monitoring, optimising, and reporting on digital/social campaigns.
- Experience utilising data, creative, and technology for effective social campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and tell impactful stories.
