About the organisation:
Located in the western suburbs of Melbourne, this organisation plays a vital role in the community and provides a wide range of essential services. They are now seeking an experienced Solution Architect for a 6 month contract.
About the role:
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing all new initiatives which impact the existing information technology architecture. You'll also be responsible for advising on and designing new digital solutions and platforms to support improved organisation service delivery.
Duties include:
- Review and assessment of IT initiatives
- Design and upkeep of solution architectures
- Documenting solution architecture of the end to end solution
- Overseeing the implementation of technology solutions, working with other members of the IT team
- Experience architecting end to end solutions for multiple transformation programs
- Experience with enterprise scale implementations
- Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of enterprise service bus solutions
- Experience integrating multiple applications via a modern ESB platform
- Adept at translating business requirements into design and development activities
- Prior technical experience as a developer would be highly advantageous
- Must have a valid driver's licence
