In this role, you’ll be responsible for solution design and assurance across a range of initiatives, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective outcomes. You’ll collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical specialists to design and review solutions that align with enterprise architecture principles and long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or assure solution designs for data hygiene projects with a focus on Salesforce CRM and related applications
- Design and/or assure Salesforce Field Services based solutions
- Document current and future state architectures as required
- Provide input into technology roadmaps and architectural recommendations
- Partner with project teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with extensive hands-on expertise in Salesforce(CRM, Field Services, and integration with related systems)
- Strong understanding of solution design principles, data integrity, and system interoperability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and provide architectural assurance across multiple projects
- Background in complex, enterprise-scale environments (public or private sector) is highly desirable
