Solution Architect

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Solution Architect to join a large, complex Local Government organisation on the Sunshine Coast. This role will play a key part in shaping enterprise technology strategy and supporting major transformation initiatives.
You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, future-focused solutions, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure alignment across a diverse ICT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple programs of work
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into technical solutions
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps
• Ensure alignment with integration patterns, standards, and best practices
• Support delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

About You:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large or complex environments (government experience highly regarded)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience with BPMN, capability modelling, and integration patterns
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Strong communication and documentation skills
