We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of high-quality custom residential construction projects across South West Sydney.
This is an off-the-tools role focused on managing projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring a safe and efficient site.
About the Role You'll be managing custom residential builds and renovations valued at up to $2 million , working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the office team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with plans and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently to keep projects on track.
- A current NSW Builder License (essential).
- A trade background in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing custom residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and the NSW Building Code.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple trades and maintain strong site relationships.
- A current driver's license.
- Salary of up to $100,000 + Super , depending on experience.
