What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting state operations with day‑to‑day coordination and admin
- Tracking job progress
- Coordinating trades, scheduling, and issuing work orders
- Managing small claims
- Maintaining compliance across permits, approvals, and documentation
- Supporting contract admin and subcontractor onboarding
- Preparing reports and assisting with new team member onboarding
- Facilitating communication between trades, supervisors, clients, and internal teams
What You’ll Bring
