Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for highly skilled Stormwater Engineer for a 6 months contract.
Contract:
6 months temporary contract
Pay rate:$55 p/h - $65 p/h + Super depending on experience and suitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evaluate hydrologic, hydraulic and water quality models for Council’s stormwater, waterways and floodplain systems.
- Provide technical advice and responses to Council’s internal and external stakeholders in relation to Council’s stormwater systems.
Essential:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Stormwater Engineering position or similar
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental engineering
- Extensive experience in water engineering softwares including TUFLOW, DRAINS and RAFTS
