The Role:
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the structural package, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating structural trades and subcontractors.
- Managing day-to-day site activities across concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tensioning works.
- Driving programme and productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with site safety requirements.
- Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and project management to resolve site issues.
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and ensuring works are completed to specification.
- Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress.
- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on multi-storey residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete structures and structural sequencing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and programme delivery.
- A solid commitment to safety and quality.
- Relevant construction qualifications and White Card.
