This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Structures Foreman with experience working on major commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects to join a high-performing project team.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate structural construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
- Coordinate works in line with the construction programme
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality, progress and productivity
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site logistics
- Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues
- Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider site team
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS and site compliance
- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman
- Strong structural construction experience across major commercial projects
- Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor preferred
- Experience on data centre projects highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and drawings
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to site management
