SUPERVISOR
Our client is a specialist in the insurance construction sector across residential properties. With exciting growth across the company, they are looking for a Building Supervisor in Brisbane. You will be rewarded with a permanent role, within a nationally recognised company.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a variety of insurance building projects across Brisbane, oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
- Providing high level of customer service
- Communicating with and developing relationships with Insurance company’s representatives
- Providing support and guidance to claims management staff and other direct reports.
- Ensuring WHS, QA and building codes across projects
You will have previous Supervisor experience, scoping works & writing reports for a diverse range of insurer build works.
- Over 3 years exposure to the construction or building industries, building supervisor, and carpentry trade background.
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliers.
- QBCC License
- Ability to oversee more than one project simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to be part of a high performing team and support team members.
- Be familiar with WHS practices, legislation, and regulations
- A current driver’s license with a clean driving history
