As the Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and deliver civil projects across Melbourne, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and machinery effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings, ensuring that the team is always aligned on safety protocols and project requirements.
- Act as the key point of contact between the project team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on site.
- 10 years' civil construction experience
Experience with bulk excavation, basements, piling & retention is essential - Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and crews
