We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a builder specialising in high-end, complex custom homes. Projects range from $1M through to $11M, delivering premium builds with a strong focus on quality and detail
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Typically, you will manage 3–4 builds at once; however, on larger projects, you will be dedicated to one site full-time due to the level of supervision required.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management and supervision of trades
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring project timelines are met
- Maintaining quality control across all stages of construction
- Managing site safety and compliance
- Liaising with clients, trades, and internal teams
- Using On-Site Companion and Buildertrend to manage project workflows
- QBCC Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Proven experience supervising high-end residential builds
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
