We are partnering with a leading civil contractor on a landmark infrastructure project in North Brisbane. With site works underway, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Structures Supervisor
to play a key role in delivering a major bridge and road upgrade that will benefit the wider community for years to come.
The Role
As a Structures Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of bridge and structural works.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
- Coordinate and lead site crews and subcontractors to meet program and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers and Project Managers to plan works, allocate resources, and resolve challenges.
- Maintain accurate records, including diaries, timesheets, cost tracking, and reports.
- Drive a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, inspections, and coaching.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience supervising bridge or structural works on civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor teams and subcontractors.
- Solid technical knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete.
- The ability to read and interpret drawings, ITPs, and project programs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
