With a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects, they’re looking to bring a motivated and capable Supervisor on board to take ownership of all on site activities.

As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all on-site activities
- Overseeing the construction of several high end homes
- Working closely with the Director who handles the overall program
- Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Utilising various construction systems on a daily basis
- Liaising with on-site teams, architects, clients, and external stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential projects valued $3m+
- Proven experience and capability overseeing several projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Strong time management and leadership ability
