Are you a motivated Residential Site Supervisor looking to join a growing builder with a strong pipeline of work?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential builder seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of investment home builds throughout the Morayfield and Caboolture region.
The Role You'll be responsible for managing approximately up to 20 residential builds, with the majority of homes located within the same estate, making travel between sites minimal. While the focus is on investment homes, you'll occasionally oversee owner-occupied builds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor looking to continue developing their career within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential home builds from slab through to handover.
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with QBCC requirements, WHS legislation, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage project timelines.
- Build strong relationships with trades, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor.
- Experience delivering volume or investment homes is highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
- QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder Licence preferred.
- Eager to learn and develop within a growing business.
