Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity with an established residential builder?
We are partnering with a respected residential construction company seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee a mix of low-set and high-set detached homes across South Brisbane.
This role offers a varied workload across both investment properties and owner-occupied homes, giving you the opportunity to manage a diverse range of residential builds while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
The Opportunity As Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of your projects from site commencement through to completion and handover. You will work closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal construction team to ensure each home is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising low-set and high-set detached residential homes across South Brisbane.
- Managing a mix of investment and owner-occupied builds.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain construction schedules.
- Monitoring site progress, quality control and workmanship throughout each stage of construction.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with building codes, company standards and WHS requirements.
- Managing variations, defects and practical completion.
- Maintaining communication with clients, trades and internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction.
- A current QBCC licence relevant to the role.
- Experience managing detached residential homes, ideally across both low-set and high-set builds.
- Exposure to both investment and owner-occupied construction projects.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades and competing priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, quality assurance and site safety.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong focus on delivering quality homes and maintaining positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Salary:$130,000–$140,000 + superannuation + company car.
