The Role
- Oversee daily site operations across marine and civil scopes
- Coordinate crews, plant, and subcontractors
- Ensure safety, quality, and programme targets are met
- Work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers
- Marine structures, wharves, jetties, and piling
- Coastal protection, rock walls, and revetments
- Bulk earthworks and associated civil infrastructure
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor (marine or heavy civil preferred)
- Strong leadership and ability to drive site teams
- Solid understanding of drawings, specs, and site delivery
- Safety-focused with relevant tickets
- Strong pipeline of ongoing work
