The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with 4 to 5 years of hands on road construction experience to join a full scope expansion project located south of Geraldton. This is a practical site based role involving key works across Main Roads and CBH intersections. In this position you will take the lead in coordinating on site activities supervising crews managing plant and subcontractors and ensuring all works are delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard.
The role operates on a 10:4 or 2:1 roster with accommodation and meal allowance provided.
About You
- Hands on experience supervising road construction projects
- Skilled at managing crews, plant and subcontractors on sit
- Able to support and guide junior staff in their daily tasks
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and efficient work practices
- Practical, approachable and fair but firm in your leadership approach
- 4 to 5 years supervising civil infrastructure or road construction projects
- Proven ability to manage site operations including labour, plant and subcontractors
- Focused on safe, efficient and high quality project delivery
- Comfortable working on 10:4 or 2:1 roster and travel across regional Western Australia.
