Design & Build Recruitment is working on behalf of a residential builder to find an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in South Brisbane.
This is a great opportunity for a supervisor with a strong background in investment housing to oversee a manageable portfolio of 15–20 low-set detached homes. These are investment builds only, with no owner-occupied projects, allowing you to focus on site coordination, quality and keeping construction moving efficiently.
The Role
- Oversee 15–20 low-set detached residential homes across South Brisbane.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain construction schedules.
- Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to building standards.
- Monitor site safety, quality control and compliance requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and manage construction progress through to completion.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Current QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential.
- Previous experience supervising residential investment builds.
- Strong understanding of low-set detached home construction.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate trades effectively.
- Excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to site safety, quality and programme management.
- Salary of $120,000 – $140,000 + super, depending on experience.
