This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor looking for long-term project security, strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to play a key role in a major utilities program.
The Role You’ll be responsible for supervising the delivery of predominantly brownfield maintenance and upgrade works across major utilities projects in Brisbane.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a direct team of approximately 20 personnel, plus subcontractors
- Supervising brownfield utilities maintenance, upgrades and construction works
- Managing day-to-day site activities, resources and subcontractors
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to program
- Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and broader project team
- Managing site coordination, quality and productivity
- Supporting the successful delivery of a major, long-term utilities program
You’ll ideally have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role within utilities, civil or infrastructure
- Strong experience working in brownfield environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of site safety, quality and project delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- QBCC licence highly regarded
