We're seeking a driven and experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor
to lead the day-to-day site operations on a high-end commercial fit-out project located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. You’ll be working with a well-established D&C contractor known for delivering premium office, hospitality, and retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site activity, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site staff
- Maintain site documentation and report progress to the Project Manager
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders professionally
- Proven experience supervising commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
- Strong understanding of WHS and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to read drawings and manage program timelines
