We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our Integrations Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise integration platforms, with a particular focus on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). You will lead initiatives to modernise integration services, support business-critical data flows, and collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to implement new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise integration platforms, especially SAP CPI, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Lead incident response and stakeholder communications across integration services.
- Drive cost-effective technology initiatives that improve performance and reduce legacy dependencies.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design and implement new data integration processes.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement within the IT team.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in integration engineering or architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP Data Services, AIS, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, web technologies, and database integration best practices.
- Experience working in agile environments with tools like Jira; ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent practical experience.
