You’ll oversee day-to-day tenancy services, help staff work through complex matters and make sure tenants receive clear, responsive support. The role also has scope to improve service delivery and strengthen connections with community organisations and support services.

Qualifications in social work, community services, housing or a related field, or equivalent experience, are sought. You’ll need a current Queensland driver licence and be able to maintain a positive criminal history screening clearance.

- Oversee arrears, inspections, lease renewals and tenancy sustainment
- Support staff with complex cases, complaints and escalations
- Monitor housing programs and service standards
