We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manufacturing & Engineering team in Perth.
No previous recruitment experience? That’s okay. We’re looking for the right attitude, personality and drive. You’ll receive the training, support and guidance to develop into a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant, while building your own network and specialist market.
You’ll work across the full recruitment lifecycle — from speaking with businesses and understanding their hiring needs, through to sourcing candidates, managing interviews and making successful placements.
The Role
- Learn and develop the skills required to become a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Build relationships with clients and candidates across the Manufacturing & Engineering sectors
- Source and identify quality candidates across technical, trade and engineering positions
- Develop your own network, market and client portfolio
- Learn business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing and negotiation
- Work alongside experienced consultants who will support you throughout your development
- Take ownership of your desk and progressively build your own successful recruitment business

Flexible 35-Hour Work Week
Work a 35-hour week with flexible start and finish times around our core hours of 9am–12pm and 2pm–4pm.
