Contract: 6 months with the possibility of extension
Salary: $58.7 p/h + Super
2 days WFH available
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to updating the CBCity Development Control Plan (DCP) and other planning and design policies, including producing sophisticated layouts, maps, diagrams, and testing controls with 3D models.
- Design visually appealing and accessible documents, maps, and diagrams.
- Conduct scenario testing using 3D modelling software, such as Giraffe (Note, Giraffe can be easily learnt for those with design modelling experience).
Essential:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in urban design, 3D model, and visualisation;
- Excellent graphic skills, including proficiency in Giraffe, Sketchup, AutoCAD, ArcGIS and/or equivalent, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office;
- Demonstrated experience in preparing urban design and planning reports.
