An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Landscape Architect /
Senior Urban Designer
to join a Victorian Local Government team on a flexible 2–4 day per week contract
for six months.
This role will suit an experienced Urban Designer who can combine strong design capability with strategic thinking, stakeholder management and high-quality visual communication.
The role:
- Prepare high-quality graphics, reports, presentations and visualisations
- Lead urban design projects from concept through to delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants
- Manage engagement with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic urban design input across public realm and landscape projects
- Develop clear and compelling design concepts and communication materials
- 6 + Years Urban Design, Landscape Architecture experience
- Strong graphic communication and visualisation skills
- Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Confident stakeholder and consultant management skills
- Local Government or public-sector experience will be highly regarded
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant urban design and public realm work
- 6-month contract
- 2–4 days per week
