About the Role
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team - direct report up to 3
- Oversee operational performance, client KPIs and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and key clients
- Drive business growth, client retention and new opportunities
- Implement new systems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Manage financial and operational targets
- Ensure compliance, quality and safety standards are consistently maintained

- 5+ years experience in Operations or State Management, ideally within insurance building
- Candidates with residential or commercial construction experience looking to take the next step will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of the building insurance industry preferred
- Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
