Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workplace design projects from concept through to delivery
- Develop spatial planning, material palettes, furniture layouts, and workplace strategies aligned with client needs
- Produce high-quality documentation and visualisations using Revit and other design software
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients to maintain design intent and quality
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
- Manage FF&E selection and fit-out deliverables
- 5+ years of experience in workplace/interior design
- Strong Revit skills; proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar design tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to deliver workplace projects on time and on budget
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Work on diverse and high-profile workplace projects in Melbourne
