A well-established and fast-growing steel fabrication company based in Mulgrave, currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Foreman to lead our skilled team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workshop staff and daily production schedules
• Ensure all fabrication work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Manage workshop resources efficiently, including materials and machinery
• Provide hands-on support in fabrication when required
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet deadlines and specifications
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to WHS regulations
• Mentor and train workshop staff to drive performance and quality

• Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman or Supervisor in a steel fabrication or metalworks environment
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural steel fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Hands-on and proactive approach to workshop operations
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Forklift license and relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
